Wednesday afternoon update

Noah's struggle to breathe on his own continued this afternoon and the decision was made to put him back on the ventilator.

He is stable, but still a little sleepy from the sedation they gave him for the intubation.

We are meeting with the doctors at 11:15am tomorrow morning to discuss our next step.

Thank you for all your prayers.

Deb,
I saw Noah's prayer card on my parents' fridge a few months ago. I stole it from them and hung it at the entrance to my cubicle at work. I want you to know that Noah is constantly in my prayers, as are you and Josh.
God Bless,
Genevieve

Deb and Josh,
So sorry to see your news today. I can't imagine the frustration you are feeling. I am crying out to God for you, praying that you will get answers tomorrow and that God will comfort you and especially Noah during this time.
I know this doesn't help you, but many people are being encouraged by your faith to walk this path. Patsy

Deb I wish I could take some of this hurt and struggle away. Or just give you a hug. Remember how you said you were imagining the holy spirit filling each and every little hole in Noah's brain? I'm praying that now and that the spirit is going down into his lungs and helping him exhale. Love you.

Deb - it's Ninette from AMSTI. I have just learned of Noah's condition and the ordeal that your sweet family has been through in the past couple of weeks. I am so sorry. Please know that you are all in my prayers - the AMSTI staff cares about your family and we pray for Noah's recovery.
God be with you today and always!
