Shadows prove the sunshine
One of my favorite bands is Switchfoot... and this song is one of my all time favorites... I thought I would share it here because I heard it today and it seemed to sum up my difficult weekend.

Hi Deb, I got to catch up on your blog tonight. One encouragement for the pediatrician is to ask the neurologist. He will know which ped. will not be overwhelmed by Noah. Tell him your difficulties of getting into one and ask if he could be of any help (hint, hint, nudge, nudge,... call one of them and ask them for you). We have enjoyed a pediatrician who sees Kathryn as a kid first (who has a diagnosis). This has been important so she can diagnose an ear infection and not tie everything to her other issues. I will be praying for you all. Julie
Where to start? Josh and I are an ordinary couple who had an extraordinary little boy. Noah was diagnosed with a leukodystrophy that caused abnormalities in his brain.
He passed away on August 16, 2008, just 364 days after he was born. This is a story of our journey, the joys and sorrows we encountered, and the faith we relied on as we loved our little boy.
