Hey Josh and Deb,
I have been checking your blog almost everyday and just want to let you know that you are an encouragement to me and that I admire your faithfulness in what you are facing. I wanted to give you a couple of blog sites to visit (if you get the chance) from two couples that graduated from Liberty University who had and are having similar experiences and whose words I think you might find to be encouraging. Never lose sight of God's big picture in all of this. http://cfhusband.blogspot.com/ This is the blog of a guy whose wife has cystic fibrosis. She was on the transplant list when they found out that she was pregnant. They opted not to abort the pregnancy (even though the doctors were encouraging it) and their baby was born at 24 or 25 weeks. http://babyleino.blogspot.com/ This is a blog by a couple whose son was born with HLHS (a heart condition). If you get a chance to read these blogs, I think that they can offer you encouragement and hope.
Where to start? Josh and I are an ordinary couple who had an extraordinary little boy. Noah was diagnosed with a leukodystrophy that caused abnormalities in his brain.
He passed away on August 16, 2008, just 364 days after he was born. This is a story of our journey, the joys and sorrows we encountered, and the faith we relied on as we loved our little boy.
